What are the pressing instructions.

275-295 degress on cotton for 5 seconds

Firm Pressure.

255 degrees on Poly for 5 seconds.

Post Press is optional.

5 Seconds with parchment paper.

What's the turnaround time?

Most all orders go out next business day. If you need a rush order, just reach out.

How are my transfers shipped?

We ship all transfers UPS ground.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is flat rate $15. Local pick-up in Pacific, Missouri is FREE for any size.

What is the refund or return policy?

If your transfers are damaged, or printed incorrectly from what you uploaded, we will RUSH reprint them for FREE.

If your files are less than 300DPI and print blurry or pixelated, that will not be elgible for a refund. You must provide high quality artwork.

Cold Peel or Hot Peel?

That's your choice. Hot peel isn't shiny and looks more natural on the shirt.
But you can cold peel if you want.

The choice is yours.

Do I need to post press?

No you do not, if you have a good heat press. If you aren't sure. A post press can't hurt, but if you have a good heat press, a post press isn't needed.
