RETURN, REFUND & REPRINT POLICY

Last Updated: August 21, 2026

Kick DTF is a brand and trade name operated by Kick Print, LLC. Kick Print, LLC is the legal entity responsible for products and transactions offered through Kick DTF and KickDTF.com.

Because our DTF transfers are custom manufactured specifically for each customer's artwork and specifications, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged.

However, we stand behind the quality of the transfers we manufacture. If we make a mistake or you receive defective transfers, we will work with you to make it right in accordance with this policy.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS – ALL SALES ARE GENERALLY FINAL

DTF transfers are custom-manufactured products produced using artwork, sizing, quantities, layouts, and other specifications provided or approved by the customer.

Because these products cannot generally be resold, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong quantity

  • Incorrect customer-supplied artwork

  • Spelling or design errors contained in submitted artwork

  • Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork

  • Incorrect gang sheet layouts

  • Incorrect sizing within customer-created gang sheets

  • Duplicate or missing designs within customer-created gang sheets

  • Customer application errors

  • Improper heat press settings

  • Failure to follow our application instructions

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

IF WE MAKE A MISTAKE

If Kick Print, LLC makes a verified manufacturing or production error, we will work to correct the problem.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide:

  • A reprint of the affected transfers;

  • Store credit; or

  • A refund of the purchase price paid for the affected transfers.

The appropriate remedy will be determined by Kick Print, LLC based upon the circumstances of the claim and applicable law.

DEFECTIVE TRANSFERS

If you believe your transfers are defective, stop using the transfers and contact us as soon as the problem is discovered.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photographs and/or video showing the issue

  • Heat press temperature

  • Pressing time

  • Pressure information, if available

  • Type of heat press used

  • Garment or material information

  • Washing/drying information if the problem occurred after washing

We may request additional information or ask that unused transfers or samples be retained or returned so that we can evaluate the issue.

Do not discard potentially defective transfers until your claim has been resolved.

TEST BEFORE FULL PRODUCTION

Always test a transfer before beginning a full production run.

Apply and evaluate at least one transfer using the actual garment or material and heat press that will be used for production.

If the transfer does not appear to be applying correctly, STOP PRODUCTION and contact Kick DTF before continuing.

Continuing to apply transfers after discovering a potential problem may limit the remedies available for additional transfers or merchandise affected after the problem became apparent, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

GARMENTS, BLANKS & LABOR

Kick Print, LLC manufactures and sells DTF transfers. We do not control the garments, blanks, heat presses, equipment, or application process used by our customers.

Therefore, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kick Print, LLC is not responsible for reimbursement or replacement of garments, apparel, blanks, merchandise, or other items onto which transfers are applied.

We are also not responsible for customer labor, employee time, production costs, lost production time, lost profits, missed deadlines, or other incidental or consequential losses to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This is why customers should always test transfers before beginning a complete production run.

If we determine that a transfer was defective when supplied, our responsibility will generally be limited, at our option and subject to applicable law, to replacing the affected transfer(s), issuing store credit, or refunding the purchase price paid to Kick Print, LLC for the affected transfer(s).

APPLICATION ERRORS

DTF transfer performance depends on proper application.

Results may be affected by:

  • Temperature

  • Pressure

  • Pressing time

  • Heat press calibration

  • Peel technique

  • Repressing technique

  • Garment composition

  • Fabric coatings or treatments

  • Moisture

  • Washing and drying methods

Customers are responsible for following the current application instructions provided by Kick DTF.

Transfers damaged or improperly applied because of incorrect temperature, pressure, pressing time, equipment, application technique, or failure to follow instructions generally do not qualify as defective products.

COLOR & SIZE VARIATIONS

Digital screens do not reproduce colors exactly the same way as printed transfers.

Reasonable differences between colors displayed on a monitor or mobile device and the finished transfer are not considered defects.

Likewise, minor dimensional variations that are customary or unavoidable during printing, curing, processing, or trimming are not considered manufacturing defects.

Exact Pantone or other color matching is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed upon in writing before production.

CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK

Customers are responsible for reviewing their artwork before submitting an order.

If we correctly print the artwork or gang sheet supplied or approved by the customer, errors contained within that artwork do not qualify the order for a refund or free reprint.

This includes incorrect:

  • Artwork

  • Spelling

  • Dimensions

  • Resolution

  • Colors

  • Transparency

  • Orientation

  • Gang sheet placement

  • Quantities or duplication within a gang sheet

Please carefully review your files before completing your order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because we prioritize fast turnaround times, orders may enter production shortly after they are submitted.

Once production has begun, custom orders generally cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

If you discover an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to stop or modify the order when reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee that production can be stopped.

SHIPPING DAMAGE OR MISSING ORDERS

If your package arrives damaged, contact us promptly and provide photographs of the package, shipping label, packaging, and damaged product.

If tracking indicates a delivery problem or your shipment appears to be lost, contact us so that we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

Do not discard damaged packaging or products until the claim has been resolved.

HOW TO REQUEST A REPRINT OR REFUND

To report a problem, contact Kick DTF using the contact information provided on KickDTF.com.

Please include your order number and as much information as possible regarding the issue.

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or reprint. Kick Print, LLC may evaluate the transfers, artwork, application process, photographs, videos, and other relevant information before determining the appropriate resolution.

LIMITATION OF REMEDY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the maximum remedy for a verified defective or incorrectly manufactured product will not exceed the amount paid to Kick Print, LLC for the affected product or portion of the order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

For additional terms concerning limitations of liability, customer-supplied artwork, intellectual property, shipping, and use of our products, please review our Terms of Service.
